2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) or households are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Periods

The Sweepstakes consists of three (3) monthly Entry Periods, each with its own drawing and winner:

Entries are valid only for the Entry Period in which they are submitted and do not carry over to subsequent Entry Periods.

4. How to Enter

To enter, during any Entry Period:;

1. Take a photo at the location with the signature banner display, where available; and
2. Post the photo publicly (meaning no private account) on Instagram, tagging @lawlersbarbecue and using #posewithpurpose in the post caption.

Your Instagram account must be set to public at the time of entry and through winner selection so that your entry can be verified. Posts from private accounts cannot be verified and will not be eligible. You must be following LawLers on Instagram to be eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of the number of posts made during that period. A person may enter each of the three (3) Entry Periods, for a maximum of three (3) total entries across the Sweepstakes. Entries generated by script, bot, or other automated means are void. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected — one (1) per Entry Period. Each winner will receive “Free LawLers for a Year,” awarded in the form of one (1) LawLers Barbecue gift card with a value of $780 — equivalent to the winner’s choice of entrée once a week for a year. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $780.

Prize conditions:

• Gift card is redeemable at any LawLers Barbecue location toward any menu items.
• Gift card is subject to Sponsor’s standard gift card terms and conditions; it carries no expiration of stated value except as required by law, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
• Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• A winner of any Entry Period drawing is not eligible to win a subsequent Entry Period drawing. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household across the entire Sweepstakes.

Odds of winning any drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period, conducted within five (5) days following the close of that Entry Period. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated agency, whose decisions are final and binding.

Each potential winner will be notified by direct message to the Instagram account used to enter within three (3) days of the applicable drawing. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and may be required to confirm eligibility. If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, that entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.

Winners will be publicly announced on Sponsor’s social media channels following confirmation.

7. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, Instagram handle, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, without further payment or consideration.

8. Content Standards

By entering, you confirm your photo is your original content, does not violate any third party’s rights, and contains no inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its sole discretion.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

10. Not Sponsored by Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all responsibility related to this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the promotion should be directed to Sponsor, not Instagram.

11. Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama.

12. Winner List

To request the names of the winners, send a written request to Sponsor at the address above within sixty (60) days of the final Entry Period.
